1. Scope and contact
This notice covers the KAVOX marketing website and Client Portal. KAVOX Education and independent services reached through links may publish additional notices. Contact support@kavox.co about this notice or a request concerning your data.
2. Information we receive
On kavox.co, we receive the name, email, subject and message you enter in the contact form, or the email address or WhatsApp number you choose to submit to the Ask KAVOX launch waitlist. Security systems may process technical information such as your IP address and browser signals to prevent abuse.
In the Client Portal, information may include your name, email, phone number, country, language, account and wallet identifiers, account status and balances shown in the portal, service requests, payment method and transaction details, uploaded payment receipts, identity documents and proof of address submitted for KYC, and support correspondence. Sign-in codes and security/audit records are also processed. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details through the marketing-site contact form.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries; notify people who expressly join the Ask KAVOX waitlist about its launch; create and secure portal access; administer account requests; manually review identity documents; process and record deposit, withdrawal and transfer requests; provide reports and support; investigate misuse; and maintain necessary records. Joining the waitlist is optional and is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the activity and applicable law: your request or agreement to provide a service, consent for an optional launch notification, legitimate interests in security and service operation, or a legal obligation.
4. Providers and other recipients
To operate these services, relevant information may be handled by hosting and database/storage providers, email delivery and anti-bot providers, and staff or service providers authorised to support KAVOX. TradingView supplies the market ticker on kavox.co and may receive browser data when that widget loads. Account setup and execution involve the relevant MT5/Harmonic environment; a trading provider may have its own contract and privacy notice. Payment or payout details may be shared with an applicable payment provider when that method is actually enabled.
We do not publish your KYC files on the public website. We do not sell contact details collected through these forms. Data may be disclosed where legally required or to address fraud or security incidents. Provider processing may occur outside your country; request more information from us if this affects you.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to administer an active account or unresolved request, and to meet applicable recordkeeping, dispute or security obligations. Different records may require different periods. We do not currently state a universal fixed deletion period; contact us for the period applicable to your data. Access to KYC and account records is restricted to authorised personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies, external content and messages
The portal may use session cookies or similar technology to keep you signed in and secure your account. The marketing website loads Cloudflare Turnstile for form protection and a TradingView market ticker; those third parties may process device information under their own notices. We do not currently operate our own advertising cookies on kavox.co; this notice will be updated if that changes.
Service emails may include login codes, account updates, request decisions and support responses. If you joined the Ask KAVOX waitlist, ask support@kavox.co at any time to remove your contact from launch notifications.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict some uses; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or ask for a copy of your information. Some requests cannot be completed immediately where records must be kept for security, disputes or legal obligations. Send requests to support@kavox.co. You may also raise a concern with the applicable data-protection authority.
8. Children and changes
These services are intended for adults and are not designed for children. If you believe a child submitted data, contact us. We may update this notice as the services or legal requirements change; the date at the top will show the latest version. Material changes should be communicated through the relevant service when appropriate.
